The Gnome Mobile, The Gnome Mobile...

A while ago my roommate, Karen, and I were talking about scary movies from our childhood. We talked about "Watcher in the Woods" and how it freaked us out. Did you ever see that one? Well, I found it easily at the library and Karen invited a few friends to watch it with us. What was funny was that Karen and I were still freaked out - but Marie and Thomas, who hadn't seen it, weren't that scared. Karen and I were wondering if the reason we both were scared was because of the association we had as children - while the other's had no previous associations. Anyway, interesting to think about. So, anyway, Karen and I are now in the mood for old Disney live-action movies. Tonight we watched, "The Gnome Mobile" and I put "DarbyO'Gill and the little people" and "Something wicked this way comes" on hold at the library. I might even dig up "Babes in Toyland" and "Pete's Dragon". Those are just great movies - you can't beat them! (hehe)
